We Ship Nationwide!
Rank 1 NUTRITION will deliver your parcel with speed and simplicity to any location within South Africa. So no matter where you are located in the Country you can purchase your supplements & accessories on our website and expect your parcel to arrive at your doorstep with no hassle.
SHIPPING PROCEDURE
Step 1 – Order is placed
Step 2 – Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (dependent on stock availability.)
Step 3 – Order ships and gets fulfilled on our system.
Step 4 – Tracking information is sent
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 days from Monday – Friday.
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.
ORDER STATUS
To check on the status of your order, email info@rank1.co.za.
Please include your order number. Your order number will be given to you upon completion of purchase. A courier number will be given to you via email once your order ships.

Standard Delivery - All orders carry a flat rate shipping charge of R160.00
Standard Shipping:
Major Cities: 48-72hrs
Outlying: 96hrs
IMPORTANT POINTS
- Orders placed after 12:00 on Working Days will be shipped the following day.
- Delivery times specified above may not be applicable if there are unforeseen complications.
- Orders are to be shipped during Weekdays and Working Days.
- Orders placed after Friday 12:00 will be shipped Monday morning (Should that Monday not fall on a Public Holiday).
- If you pay for your order via EFT / Direct Deposit, your order will only be shipped from our warehouse once the funds reflect in our bank account.
