Directions
- Position the lifting belt around your waist with the larger portion of the belt resting on your back.
- Use the strap to tighten the belt to the desired fit. Make sure it is tight enough so it does not move while your moving.
- Exercise accordingly to your training regimen.
- Wear the lifting belt prior to and during the sets that are the heaviest.
